Line Producer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and monitor production budgets and schedules from pre-production through post.
Coordinate hiring of crew, cast (if applicable), and key vendors.
Supervise all logistical aspects of the production including equipment rentals, locations, travel, and accommodations.
Manage production office operations and ensure smooth on-set execution.
Work closely with the Producer and Director to align creative goals with logistical feasibility.
Ensure compliance with union, legal, and safety regulations.
Monitor and track daily expenses, cost reports, and cash flow.
Troubleshoot on-set challenges and resolve conflicts in real-time.
Oversee wrap processes including final payments, paperwork, and post-production handoff.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Producer on film, TV, or digital productions.
Strong budgeting and scheduling skills using software like Movie Magic Budgeting/Scheduling or equivalent.
Excellent understanding of production workflows, union rules (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE), insurance, and permits.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of post-production processes is a plus.
