Senior Insurance Associate – US Healthcare

Zyga Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Associate with a strong background in the US Healthcare domain.

If you have hands-on experience handling insurance workflows and client communication independently, we’d love to connect.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum relevant experience in the US Healthcare domain
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Solid documentation and process understanding skills
- Ability to manage client communication and workflow independently

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US healthcare insurance workflows
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Process claims, follow-ups, and denials
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and US clients
- Ensure compliance with process and quality standards

Nice to Have:

- Experience with RCM, AR, or Medical Billing
- Familiarity with US payer portals
- Prior experience in a client-facing role

Trivandrum, Kerala
