Description:

We are seeking a strategic, consultative Digital Marketing Strategist to help shape the future of our digital marketing services. In this role, you will define and lead integrated digital strategies across client engagements and internal initiatives, directly influencing how we position and execute digital marketing in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive, end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business and campaign objectives
Design, refine, and optimize omnichannel customer journeys across web, email, mobile, social, and paid channels to drive engagement, conversion, and retention
Translate marketing goals into actionable campaign strategies using data, insights, and performance trends to ensure measurable impact
Define KPIs, create reporting frameworks, and track performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and customer journeys
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, gaps, and emerging platforms or technologies
Provide strategic and consultative guidance to clients and internal teams on marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution models, and optimization approaches
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, design, development, and content-to ensure seamless alignment between strategy and execution
Requirements:
Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel digital marketing strategies
Strong understanding of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hub Spot, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, or other similar marketing technologies
Experience across key digital marketing services, including Analytics, Paid Advertising, SEO, and Email Marketing
Demonstrated ability to create customer journey frameworks and engagement strategies across multiple digital touchpoints
