8+ years  of experience in Artificial Intelligence, with strong exposure to  Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI .
Demonstrated experience in  leading AI teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions , preferably in  AIOps or IT Operations automation .

Role Overview
We are seeking a  visionary AI professional  to lead the  AIOps team within our Intelligent Automation division . The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in  AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI , along with proven leadership capabilities.
This role requires  hands-on technical depth, research orientation, and strategic thinking  to drive innovation in  AI-powered IT Operations (AIOps) . The candidate will mentor a team of  AI researchers, data scientists, and ML engineers  while building next-generation  intelligent automation solutions .

Key Responsibilities
AIOps Research & Innovation
Lead research and development of  AI-driven AIOps solutions  including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, incident correlation, and root cause analysis.
Explore and implement  Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI frameworks  for IT operations automation.
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of relevant experience  in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
Strong expertise in:
Machine Learning
Deep Learning
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Generative AI
Experience in  AIOps use cases , such as:
Predictive maintenance
Anomaly detection
Incident correlation
Root cause analysis
Hands-on experience with  ML frameworks :
Tensor Flow
Py Torch
Scikit-learn

Experience with  Large Language Models (LLMs)  such as:
GPT
BERT
Transformer-based models
Proven  technical leadership and team management experience .
Strong  analytical and problem-solving skills .
Excellent  communication and stakeholder management  skills.

Experience with  MLOps platforms and workflows .
Hands-on exposure to  Databricks .
Experience working with  cloud AI services :
Azure AI / Azure ML
AWS AI / Sage Maker
Google Cloud AI
Knowledge of  agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI systems .
Experience delivering  enterprise IT operations automation solutions .
Exposure to  AI research, innovation labs, or advanced R&D environments .
Project Leadership
Manage  end-to-end delivery of AIOps AI projects , ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Define solution architecture and ensure  scalability, reliability, and performance .
Technical Leadership
Provide expert guidance on  ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI models .
Ensure adoption of best practices in  AI development, model deployment, and lifecycle management .
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a  high-performing AI team  including data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
Foster a  collaborative and innovative culture .
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with  product teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders  to deliver impactful solutions.
