The Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant with a strong blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding customer pain points, designing tailored solutions, supporting sales cycles, and ensuring successful solution delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and delivery.

]Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales And Solutioning

Collaborate with Service line teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.
Translate business challenges into solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and functional use cases.
Create proposals with detailed technical and functional documentation.

Functional Consulting

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Map business processes to solution capabilities and identify process improvement opportunities.
Define user stories, workflows, and solution configurations aligned with customer objectives.

Technical Expertise

Work with technical teams to design scalable architectures and integrations.
Provide detailed solution specifications including API workflows, data models, security, and configuration requirements.
Support implementation teams during deployment, troubleshooting, and customization.
Ensure alignment of solution design with product roadmap and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with engineering for technical feasibility checks and solution enhancements.
Provide insights to marketing for case studies, product positioning, and competitive analysis.

Functional Skills

Required Skills And Qualifications

Expertise in business process mapping, requirement analysis, and solution design.
Ability to convert complex business needs into structured technical requirements.
Domain knowledge in areas such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Public Sector.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
High customer empathy and consultative mindset.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of enterprise solution architecture, cloud technologies (Azure), and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, web technologies, and middleware platforms.
Understanding security principles, data flow, and system performance optimization.
