Claidroid Technologies is looking for a strong  Test Manager / QA Consultant  with deep expertise in  test strategy, QA governance, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting .

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Consultant with a strong software testing background to play a strategic and governance-focused role within the testing function.

This role will focus on  test planning, strategy definition, stakeholder engagement, quality governance, and end-to-end reporting . The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in test documentation, data-driven reporting, and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities
Own and develop Test Strategy and Test Plan documents
Define testing scope, approach, timelines, and quality gates
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and governance frameworks
Act as a consultative partner to QA teams, business teams, and stakeholders
Manage daily, weekly, and release-level test status reporting
Create and maintain test dashboards, KPIs, and quality metrics
Present test status, risks, dependencies, and insights in governance forums
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership
Translate technical QA data into business-relevant insights
Support audit readiness, compliance needs, and quality governance activities

Required Skills
Strong background in software testing / QA
Proven experience in test strategy, planning, and governance roles
Expertise in creating test documentation such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Reports
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Hands-on experience with Excel, dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple reporting streams and deadlines
Preferred

Insurance domain experience
Experience working with JIRA, dashboards, and governance reporting
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work across QA, development, business, and project teams
