The Opportunity

As a Senior SAP FSCD (Financial Services Collections and Disbursements) professional, you will play a key role in optimizing financial processes within the organization. This position offers the chance to lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP FSCD solutions, driving improvements in collections, disbursements, and overall financial management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial operations align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation:
Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP FSCD solutions to meet business needs.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement best practices to enhance collections and disbursement processes.
Data Analysis:
Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with overall business strategies.
User Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on FSCD functionalities and processes.
Troubleshooting:
Address and resolve issues related to the FSCD module, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.

Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills And Attributes For Success

SAP FS Collection and Disbursement (FSCD) with excellent understanding of Key accounting processes of FSCD and standards in insurance industry.
Should be familiar with integration of FS-CD with Key SAP insurance modules (FS-CM, FS-PM, FS-RI and FS-ICM) and SAP Finance modules SAP FI

Experience with ECC GL and any financial General ledger experience relating to SAP insurance / banking products is added advantage.

Ideally, you'll also

Address and resolve issues related to the FSCD module, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

What We Look For

Experience:

3-5 Years.
Need to assess, design, and develop a working SAP FSCD solution for our global clients.
Business requirements management on the Insurance Business process, translate functional requirements into solution design.
Design of functional and technical concepts in SAP FSCD Interact and communicate with the Onshore Process leads and in some cases the end client as well as part of the implementation cycle, Good functional knowledge in the areas of financial accounting within the financial services industry.
