We are currently looking for experienced UI/UX Testers with a strong focus on UAT and user experience validation.

Key Responsibilities
Perform UAT testing with a focus on UI/UX quality and usability
Validate user journeys, accessibility, and overall experience
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and development teams in Agile environments
Identify usability issues and provide actionable insights
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices

Technical Skills Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in UAT UI/UX Testing
Strong logical and analytical skills
Hands-on experience with accessibility tools such as NVDA, Wave, WCAG
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams
Ability to validate user experience and interface consistency

Good to Have
Insurance domain knowledge
Certifications such as ISTQB Tester, Agile Tester
Insurance certifications (BOI, COGI, ACOGI(E))
