Key Responsibilities

Lead QA automation strategy and define framework standards, best practices, and

reusable components.

Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, conducting code reviews and training

sessions.

Architect, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks using Webdriver

IO,

Type Script, and Cucumber.

Ensure full integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git Lab, and

npm.

Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting using Zephyr integrated with JIRA.
Execute and manage tests across multiple environments (Dev, Staging,

Pre-production, Canada, Mexico, and mobile platforms).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Slack,

Web Ex for documentation and communication.

Troubleshoot production/staging issues using Kibana logs, ensuring faster resolution

and root cause identification.

Support and enhance automation for SAP E-commerce back office pages.
Ensure QA practices align with Scrum Agile methodology, participating in sprint

planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Advocate for test automation coverage in functional, regression, and integration

testing.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of QA experience, with at least 4 years in test automation.
Strong expertise in Webdriver

IO, Type Script, Cucumber, Jenkins, npm, Git Lab,

Karate.io and API testing

Solid understanding of test management (Zephyr) and issue tracking (JIRA).
Hands-on experience with SAP E-commerce back office testing.
Familiarity with Kibana logs for debugging and analysis.
Proven experience working across multi-environment, multi-region setups, and

mobile platforms.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology with demonstrated experience in sprint

cycles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

quickly.

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to performance, load, and API testing tools.

Experience with cloud-based QA environments and test orchestration.
Knowledge of security and compliance testing.
