Job Overview

The Order Management Executive is responsible for overseeing the complete order lifecycle — from order receipt to fulfillment and delivery — ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and seamless coordination between customers, warehouses, and vendors. This role ensures operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and minimal order discrepancies for retail and e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Process and validate daily customer orders across multiple platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, flag low-stock items, and update product availability.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and return requests with accuracy.
Ensure smooth communication between customer service, warehouse, and finance teams.
Maintain reports on daily order flow, returns, and shipment performance.
Troubleshoot issues related to delayed or incorrect shipments and resolve vendor discrepancies.
Support billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation related to order processing.
Maintain records of all order and return transactions in ERP or CRM systems.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon Seller Central).
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of order management systems (OMS) and inventory software is preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operations.

Experience Required

2–3 years of experience in order management, e-commerce operations, or supply chain coordination.
Prior experience with B2C or D2C brands is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields.
MBA (Operations or Supply Chain) preferred but not mandatory.
