Procurement Operation Executive

A detail-oriented Procurement Operations Executive responsible for managing end-to-end procurement backend operations, documentation, and compliance. The role ensures accuracy, audit readiness, and seamless coordination across procurement, finance, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and control procurement documentation including fund sanction, fund utilisation, and PFR files
Manage and regularly update PR and PFR trackers to ensure accurate and timely records
Maintain complete procurement records, including Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents
Support ISO audits by preparing and maintaining backend procurement documentation
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability of procurement data for internal and audit requirements
Coordinate with finance, stores, and project teams for document alignment and approvals
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and audit standards

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma

Additional Qualification

Experience in procurement operations, documentation, or audit support roles.
Working knowledge of ISO standards and internal audit processes.
