Role Overview
As a Chat Support Executive, you'll assist in handling information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational activities through research and data management. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with details and delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update information within internal systems.
Review and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Gather relevant information through online research when required.
Process and organize records while maintaining quality standards.
Complete assigned tasks within defined turnaround times.
Follow established processes and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Strong written English and reading comprehension skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt.
