About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Private Assistant to support a growing psychology practice.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in  psychology, entrepreneurship, and business development , offering hands-on exposure to client work, operations, and the growth of a professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage client appointments
Communicate with clients (calls, messages, follow-ups)
Collect and organize client feedback
Explain services clearly and professionally
Assist the psychologist in daily operations
Provide reminders for upcoming sessions
Follow up with vendors and ongoing tasks
Support in creating PPTs and workshop content
Accompany workshops, events, and presentations
Help manage small team operations

Who Can Apply:
Students (Psychology / HR / Social Sciences) or freshers
Individuals who are organized, responsible, and good at communication
Those interested in client handling and mental health work environments
Candidates who can commit consistently and are willing to learn and grow

Work Structure & Expectations:
Part-time and flexible role
Physical presence required 3 days a week
Remaining work can be handled remotely
Mandatory presence during workshops and events

Requirements:
Fluency in English & Malayalam
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and responsible approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.)
