Delhivery is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver for its operations in Thiruvananthapuram. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages safely and on time, maintaining delivery records, and providing excellent customer service during daily interactions. Additional responsibilities may include loading and unloading packages and ensuring compliance with safety and traffic regulations. This position is on-site and plays a crucial role in maintaining Delhivery's efficient logistics services for the local area.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills for effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to operate equipment like forklifts and handle delivery logistics efficiently (Forklift Operation).
Willingness to participate in Training sessions to enhance delivery practices and safety protocols.
Basic knowledge or interest in Sales and understanding customer needs is a plus.
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Good time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
