Role Description
Manage routing, tracking and allocation for employee transportation fleet.
Ensure efficient and punctual transportation services all the time.
Update and monitor transport schedules regularly.
provide assistance to all transport related queries.
Handle driver and employee coordination seamlessly
Troubleshoot and resolve transport logistical issues
Qualifications
Experience 0 years to 1 year.
Willingness to work for rotational shifts Day (Night and Overninght Shifts).
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
