Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will plan and supervise projects from start to finish. You coordinate all aspects of the project from purchasing materials to overseeing installation timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time, efficiently, and to create an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Licensed with install experience in the HVAC field
  • Working knowledge of multifamily construction and commercial buildings
  • Understands the operation of working for a GC and design team—recognizing terminology such as RFIs, RFQs, bulletins, SKs, PCOs, IFC, addenda, submittals, billing, scheduling, coordination, etc.
  • Read blueprints and identify changes to drawing sets during a project
  • Understand the project specifications and their importance
  • Experience dealing with energy consultants from beginning to end of a project
  • Understand the construction process and know when boots are needed on the ground
  • Confidently coordinate the building process with framing, roofing, and all other trades
  • Handle pressure and guide a project to finish on time and under budget

Qualifications
  • College degree and/or minimum five years of field supervisory experience required
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Basic building construction knowledge preferred or experience in HVAC installation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with Blue Beam, AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, AIA billing, Procore, Project Sight
Compensation

$90,000.00 – $ per year
