Pay Range

$16.35/hr - $18.00/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with all team members (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, proactive help).
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion products.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed; handle cash and distribute change.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and maintain records; take inventory and price merchandise as directed by store manager or shift leader.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and proper product placement; perform stock rotation using FIFO method and restock outs.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo, poster print, and creative machine services.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders, pick items, deliver orders to customers upon arrival).
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to keep the store in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Prefer 6 months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Preferred fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
