CHE Behavioral Health Services is currently seeking full or part‑time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide behavioral health services to patients in our facilities. CHE is an APA‑approved, clinician‑led behavioral health company serving more than 100,000 patients in 800+ facilities across 11 states.
Position OverviewPart‑time or full‑time LMFT positions available with flexible scheduling and no on‑call, nights, or weekends. Clinicians set their own schedules and work mainly Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

- Training and supervision in geropsychiatry under prominent clinical directors
- Provide individual and/or group therapy to adult and geriatric patients in short‑term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities
- Work independently, customize care plans for each patient and collaborate with integrated care teams
- Utilize clinical skills to support patient mental health and well‑being
- Completed master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or related field
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Strong skills and ability to work independently
