The
** Tie-In Operator
** will replace empty weave machine beams when they’ve run out and ensure new beams are straight and operating in a timely fashion.
*
* Responsibilities Include:

*** Safely operate motorized and manual warp trucks to pick-up and distribute weave machine beams
* Report any mechanical issues
* Stage tie-equipment and warps for tie-back
* Avoid hitting beam head on other warps
* Scan all weave machine beams prior to moving into weave room
* Load, comb and/or lease warp to Ensure straightness
* Ensure all ends in pattern prior to tying
* Ensure patterns are correct
* Put machine in oil bath one time a week
* Follow plant safety rules
** Qualifications Include:
*** High school diploma or equivalent work experience
* Heavy lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing, reaching and handling
