• Complete all required training, including the Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and hands‑on stations.
• Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests.
• Promptly greet and thank guests, announce current promotions, and answer menu questions.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, count and verify tills, and keep accurate receipts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; clean dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages.
• Prepare menu items, beverages, sauces, produce, and other items following company standards.
• Assist with kitchen and back‑of‑house tasks as assigned.
• Complete all tasks with urgency and within deadlines, while adhering to all safety guidelines.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.

• Sit, stand, walk continuously and perform occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs., including overhead.
• Use hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation.
• Communicate proficiently in speech, reading, and writing.
• Observe and respond to environmental cues with effective audio‑visual perception.
• Work in indoor or outdoor environments with temperature variations and potential allergens.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely, including knives, fryers, and other hazardous tools.
