- Complete all required training, including the Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and hands‑on stations.
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests.
- Promptly greet and thank guests, announce current promotions, and answer menu questions.
- Accurately take orders and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system.
- Accept payments, operate cash registers, count and verify tills, and keep accurate receipts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; clean dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior.
- Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages.
- Prepare menu items, beverages, sauces, produce, and other items following company standards.
- Assist with kitchen and back‑of‑house tasks as assigned.
- Complete all tasks with urgency and within deadlines, while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
- Sit, stand, walk continuously and perform occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs., including overhead.
- Use hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation.
- Communicate proficiently in speech, reading, and writing.
- Observe and respond to environmental cues with effective audio‑visual perception.
- Work in indoor or outdoor environments with temperature variations and potential allergens.
- Operate restaurant equipment safely, including knives, fryers, and other hazardous tools.
