To maintain proper lubrication of all machinery in facility and to monitor equipment for potential failures.

• Greases bearings using a grease gun, cleans grease fittings and inspects bearings on a scheduled basis
• Operates forklift and uses drum dolly to move drums of oil
• Fills hydraulic tanks using a forklift
• Operates hand liquid pump and reads level of tanks
• Fills automatic oilers, makes adjustments and uses grease gun to lubricate chains
• Removes and installs filters with wrenches
• Maintains communications with other personnel as required
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations

• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance functions.
• Knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.
• Time management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Good hand / eye coordination
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations
