• Utilize the housekeeping process in cleaning and maintaining the interior floors of the hospital—sweeping, mopping, and waxing.
• Conduct routine maintenance, spot and improve blemished floors.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Warmly and consistently greet patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Contribute to an excellent hospital experience for patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in floor stripping preferred.
• Understanding of floor cleaning supplies and safe practices preferred.
