• Utilize the order imaging system appropriately and accurately input patient orders.
• Deliver medications to nursing units and exchange carts in a timely manner.
• Submit filing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receive, price, and stock drug orders and store appropriately.
• Verify invoice receipts for accuracy.
• Routinely check for drug expirations of regular pharmacy stock, floor stock, and cabinets.
• Check and record quality assurance information (i.e., refrigerator temperatures, unit check visits, flow hood cleaning, etc.).
• Answer phone and emails promptly and courteously.

• Completion of pharmacy program preferred.
• Certification preferred but mandatory after 1st year of employment.
• Two years of experience as pharmacy tech preferred.
