Dispatch Coordinator – Non‑Emergency Transportation

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of scheduling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in public relations, telephone skills, effective written and oral communication, records management, mechanical skills with office equipment such as copier, fax, basic computer skills and a computerized scheduling system.
• Ability to prioritize work and practice good time management with very little supervision.
• Flexible and able to project an assertive and professional image using tact and good judgement when dealing with difficult situations and upset people.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.

• Coordinate transportation of patients.
• Ensure work orders for reimbursement for provided services are correct.
• Demonstrate commitment to working toward the success of the department.
• Complete other duties/projects as required by the position and/or as assigned by Department Head/Supervisor.
