Position

RADIOLOGIC TECH, REGISTERED/GR at Archbold

• Must be knowledgeable in performance of all routine exams and be familiar with all special exams in all patient categories including infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
• Provide diagnostic x-rays for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients within Diagnostic and Safety Protocols
• Prepare and administer contrast media to patients as ordered
• Maintain infection control procedures
• Utilize Unity, Novious, and PACS
• Maintain current basic education and certifications
• Responsible for meeting institutional requirements
• Implement the use of JCAHO National Patient Safety Goals daily

• Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training at an A.M.A. approved school and meets requirements for registry by A.R.R.T.
• Must be registered, or if a recent graduate, must pass registry
• Must be certified in BLS
