Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Reports To: Plant Manager

Department: Maintenance

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of equipment operators and maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of all plant machinery and equipment. This role includes implementing a preventative maintenance program, managing the maintenance shop, and maintaining inventory and parts ordering. This job role will require up to 50 hours a week to effectively accomplish the role.

• Supervise and lead a team of equipment operators and maintenance technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Manage the maintenance shop, including inventory control and ordering of parts and supplies.
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance of all equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience with the following equipment:
• Ossid packaging and labeling machinery
• Multivac skin and tray pack equipment
• X-ray inspection systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge with Electrical and Ammonia Refrigeration is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment
