Job SummaryShoe Coordinator – entry‑level management position that allows you to learn our business while operating one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the shoe department, ensuring high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff.
