Farmers Home Furniture is recruiting for a Store Manager Trainee (SMT) program participant. The role focuses on training across in-store operations, Thrive program rotations, and live training events to prepare for permanent Store Manager placement.
The SMT will support daily operations, complete Farmers Academy training, and participate in online and in-person training events, with potential assignments across multiple locations and eventual placement based on performance and geographic need.
