Monitor and track inventory of all flooring products and accessories in the assigned warehouse, conduct cycle counting, maintain accurate records, and provide management information on inventory problems, corrections, and adjustments.

• Perform cycle counts on flooring products according to the assigned schedule.
• Conduct searches to locate products within the internal business system and adjust records for discrepancies.
• Assist in processing and inspecting returns.
• Search for Lost & Found inventory and perform regular cycle counts with system adjustments.
• Maintain all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts, including records of audits, counts, and adjustments.
• Process claims and return merchandise to the appropriate location or salvage bin.
• Handle damaged inventory – pulling from bulk or racks, restacking pallets, and labeling as required.
• Operate forklift, cherry picker, and reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Assist other warehouse personnel with their responsibilities, including operating lift trucks and loading delivery trucks.
• Attend any job‑related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Forklift driving experience.
• Safety conscious.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Must be able to pass the Mohawk Lift Truck Certification.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Responsible and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
• May be responsible for adjusting inventory with proper management approvals.
