Job Description- Make routine audits of components, products and raw material as assigned in a reasonable length of time.
- Check product to inspection / sampling plans.
- Make visual inspections for cosmetic and physical characteristics of raw material, manufactured and finished product.
- Basic computer usage.
- Record / Log audit results / defects.
- Operate / Use visual / manual inspection equipment.
- Perform other related duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must maintain good safety practices;
- Team oriented, works well with others;
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.;
- Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time;
- Self-directed;
- Good attendance and work record;
- Visual acuity
- Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to read and use Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, and related gages.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- 3 years of Quality related experience preferred
Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Overtime as needed
Hourly Pay: starting at $21.00 plus shift differential
