LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Thomasville, NC and surrounding areas.

Pay Range:
Starting at $29/hr

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are looking for RN & LPN to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
