We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate CNA for a private-pay home care case in Thomasville, NC
, with a day shift schedule of 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
.

As an In-Home CNA
, you'll provide personalized, non-medical care and assistance that helps your client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care

• Assisting with transfers, mobility, ambulation, positioning, and fall prevention

• Helping with meals, feeding, hydration, and light meal preparation

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Performing light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's needs

• Assisting with grocery shopping and other approved client-related errands

• Observing changes in physical or emotional condition and reporting concerns appropriately

• Following individualized care plans and agency policies

• Completing required Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and documentation accurately

• Maintaining client privacy and confidentiality

• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care at every visit

• Current North Carolina CNA certification in good standing

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while following a care plan

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance when required
