Conduct scheduled servicing of all facility HVAC systems including exhaust and supply fans, air cooled chillers, and thermal oil boilers;
Monitor, maintain, calibrate, and alter the building HVAC systems;
Maximize equipment availability using planned maintenance activities;
Collaborate with other departments and vendors to update, design, and install systems as necessary and during expansion projects.
