Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Picker to join our warehouse team. We are a growing firearms accessories company so candidates should be comfortable around firearms, practice basic safety, and be able to pass a background check. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment.

This role is vital to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Review order sheets or pick lists to determine items to be picked
• Locate and select products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Verify product quantities and quality before packing
• Ensure accurate and complete order picking to meet shipping deadlines
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors promptly
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required

Qualifications

• Prior experience in order picking, warehouse, or logistics is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; training may be provided
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in selecting items
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Basic reading comprehension skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are advantageous
