* Job Summary:
** The
** Data Entry Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate
** assists the supervisor, performing both data entry and warehouse tasks, requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate machinery. They input data into systems, verify information, and handle warehouse logistics like receiving, storing, and shipping materials.

* Primary Responsibilities:
** Provide support and value to a variety of functional areas by:
* Scanning and entering data for any mail received daily.
* Preparing materials to be shipped each day
* Scheduling pickups and deliveries of supplies for office and warehouse
* Operating mailing equipment, (Printers, Inserters, Folders)
* Coordinating and prioritizing work to support the needs of warehouse employees.
* Various other duties, projects as assigned.
** Primary
Skills & Requirements:
*** Knowledge of Word, and Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including great phone presence.
* Organized and detailed, yet flexible
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Proven customer service background and the ability to work with a wide range of people and personalities.
* Ability to prioritize and manage workflow with frequent interruptions (time management)
* Must enjoy being challenged with a variety of activities and responsibilities.
