Lead recruitment strategy and talent attraction as a full-time, permanent Recruitment Manager in The Pas or Thompson, Manitoba. Shape workforce needs through inclusive planning.
This Recruitment Manager leads recruitment staff and develops workforce planning strategies for current and future organizational needs. The role works with leaders to attract, recruit, and retain qualified employees. It also monitors recruitment trends, workforce data, and labour market challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead recruitment and talent attraction activities
- Provide leadership to recruitment staff
- Develop recruitment and workforce planning strategies
- Monitor workforce data and labour market challenges
- Improve recruitment processes, systems, and services
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Business Administration
- Suitable combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Indigenous relations or cultural safety training is an asset
- Current, active CPHR membership is preferred
- Valid Manitoba Class V license, vehicle access, and year-round travel willingness
