Lead Guest Services at Spencer's while supporting store operations, merchandising, inventory control, and staff development in an Assistant Store Manager position.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with overall store operation. This role focuses on maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage control, merchandising, and inventory control. Prior retail or management experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager with store operations
- Develop staff to support sales and profitability
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage merchandising and inventory control
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior retail experience required
- Prior management experience required
- Stand and walk for more than eight hours
- Climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
