We are hiring a contractor to assist in managing the company's accounts receivables.

Job Description:

• Collect Purchase Orders from customers

• Invoice customers on a daily basis

• Follow up on overdue invoices and pending POs

• Work between various softwares and systems to efficiently streamline accounts receivable and inbound payments

• Communicate with customers to organize payments in order to encourage faster payment processing

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Stripe, Quickbooks Online, Notion

• Extremely high attention to detail

• High level of agency

Compensation:

$40/hour

Estimated hours/weekly: 20-25
