Accounts Payable Coordinator

Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator Opportunity
Become an Accounts Payable Coordinator with Exiro Nickel, based in Manitoba or remotely. Drive accurate financial operations while ensuring top-notch support for internal and external partners.

Reporting to the Treasury & Cash Management Lead, you will coordinate day-to-day accounts payable tasks. This encompasses processing invoices, responding to inquiries, and assisting vendor onboarding while ensuring compliance. Collaborate closely with various departments to maintain an efficient procure-to-pay process and uphold financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase and non-purchase order invoices within service levels

• Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox for inquiries

• Verify and approve invoice documentation

• Maintain necessary electronic records and documentation

• Support vendor onboarding and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or related discipline

• 2–5 years of financial administration or accounts payable experience

• SAP ECC or Oracle ERP Cloud experience preferred

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
