Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership procedures.
- Diagnose, determine root causes, and repair technical and mechanical vehicle issues.
- Identify any additional safety or service work required through vehicle inspections.
- Test drive vehicles and test components to confirm customer complaints and validate successful repairs.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Communicate directly with the Service Manager/Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needed.
- Provide estimates of time required for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
We provide training through orientation, self‑assessments, coaching sessions, and demonstrations with managers.
Requirements- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 3–5 years of dealership experience.
- Automotive Service Technician Certification of Qualification Level3 or equivalent;
Red Seal Certification is an asset. - Strong aptitude in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Effective diagnostic aptitude and strong time‑management skills.
- Detailed customer‑centric approach and ability to work as a team player.
- Strong communication skills.
