• Conduct vehicle maintenance according to dealership protocols

• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective repairs

• Identify additional safety services needed during inspections

• Test drive vehicles for customer complaint validation

• Estimate repair times and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Minimum 3–5 years in a dealership setting

• Certification Level 3 in Automotive Service Technician required

• Strong aptitude in automotive repairs and diagnostics

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
