- Use modeling tools for performance advancements
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mineral Processing Engineering
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in metallurgy
- Proficient problem-solving and statistical analysis skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and technical communication
- Familiarity with mill operations is a plus
