This role is critical to ensuring accurate royalty management for a top-tier music and entertainment company. As a Royalties Specialist, you will handle statement verification, maintain databases, and collaborate with internal teams. You will engage directly with music platforms like Amazon Music and ensure timely uploads and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and prepare statements from various portals

• Allocate and verify statements for accuracy

• Identify and report royalty issues to internal teams

• Regularly update and maintain databases

• Process and organize incoming statements for uploads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field

• 3+ years in music royalties or publishing

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Excel, including Vlook up and pivot tables
