In this vital role, you'll work alongside health professionals to deliver essential health services, such as prenatal and childcare clinics. You will actively engage community members, gather feedback, and enhance health program delivery. Coordination of transportation and maintaining client data will further contribute to successful health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health clinics and home visit initiatives
• Facilitate medical transportation for residents
• Create and manage health promotion workshop materials
• Track client interactions and maintain statistics
• Update health data systems with current information
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent health-related education
• Demonstrated commitment to a healthy lifestyle
• Experience in Electronic Medical Records is a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
