Take the lead as the Director of Operations with Nisto Rivers Group, focusing on business growth and operational management. This full-time position is flexible between Thompson and Nelson House.
In this critical role, you will oversee the Operations department and its operational activities, aimed at boosting profitability. Collaborating with stakeholders, your responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies and systems. You will champion the vision and goals of the operations team, providing effective leadership and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee comprehensive operations and management
• Lead initiatives in business development and procurement
• Direct property, project, and program management efforts
• Implement impactful systems for major projects
• Complete additional tasks as required
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in First Nation Economic Development
• Expertise in First Nations Business management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proficient in budgeting, planning, and proposal writing
• Open to supporting staff training and development
