Position: Full-Time Counter Manager at CHANEL
Join CHANEL as a Counter Manager in North Vancouver’s Shoppers Drug Mart. This role focuses on sales excellence and providing the ultimate client experience, working full-time.

In a temporary contract position, you will be responsible for generating high sales volume while being the face of luxury for CHANEL. Your ability to build repeat business through exceptional client service will be paramount. You’ll be working closely with the Territory Manager to implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales volume while maintaining client loyalty

• Demonstrate heartfelt service and product knowledge

• Offer personalized consultations to enhance customer care

• Meet yearly sales targets for the Fragrance & Beauty account

• Foster effective in-store business communications

Requirements:

• Proven track record in retail or cosmetics

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Passion for the luxury goods sector

• Commitment to working 37.5 hours weekly
