Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Transition Services Supervisor's duties in their absence

• Administer hiring and training processes for new staff

• Handle scheduling, information sharing, and training

• Provide ongoing mentorship to team members

• Maintain program compliance with organizational policies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or applicable experience preferred

• Knowledge of Indigenous customs and resilience-focused care

• Experience working with at-risk youth

• Excellent relationship-building skills

• Required CPR and First Aid certification
