Reporting to the Assistant Chief Pilot, the 705 Captain is essential in transporting thousands of passengers yearly. This role requires proficiency in English, flexibility in a dynamic environment, and a customer service-oriented mindset. With a focus on on-time performance, you will build strong relationships with departments and partners while effectively managing stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct flights following all operational procedures
• Assess weather and fuel requirements accurately
• Calculate airplane weight and balance before departure
• Complete pre-flight inspections thoroughly
• Manage post-flight notifications and documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with 500 hours on DHC-8
• Current Group 1 Instrument Rating
• Ability to maintain transportation security clearances
• Previous airline experience is preferred
