Catapult Learning is a national education organization that partners with 500+ K‑12 districts to provide intervention programs and teacher professional development. We are hiring Part‑Time Tutors in Thompson, CT to support students in reading, math, and writing.

Catapult Learning, a division of Full Bloom, delivers intervention programs that generate academic achievement and life outcomes for students. We partner with schools to promote academic and professional growth.

As a Tutor you will be an advocate, difference maker, and mentor for students. You will use our proven curriculum and ongoing support to guide and empower students to be the best they can be.

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods as determined by the Company.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate service efforts for students.
• Communicate progress to parents and staff.
• Develop and maintain individualized, skill‑appropriate lesson plans.
• Ensure safe supervision of students during instruction.
• Maintain student files, instructional materials, and training records.
• Attend trainings and participate in professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Compensation: $35 per hour.

• Non‑licensed:
  Associate degree or at least 48 semester hours from an accredited institution.
• Licensed:
  Teacher credential recognized by the state of Connecticut.
• Must complete an FBI/BCI background check.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Strong belief that all children can learn.
• Proficiency with online platforms for record keeping and communication.
