The QA team member is responsible for verifying that our applications, tests, and documentation meet rigorous quality standards. This role ensures that each deliverable is reliable, compliant, and deployment-ready by performing both manual and automated testing, managing test environments, and ensuring continuous quality improvements. The QA team member acts as a key contributor to maintaining high-quality products and supporting ongoing compliance efforts.

The QA Team member is the interface between the development team and other internal requesters.

• Conduct manual and automated tests on applications to validate functionality and performance
• Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and test data
• Manage test coverage over requirements review

• Develop and maintain automation tests
• Monitor automation test results

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies

• Document test plans, test cases, defect reports, and documentation
• Produce quality metrics and reports, and communicate testing results effectively

• Analyze defects, prioritize resolutions, and perform RCA to identify underlying causes and prevent recurrence

• Promote testing best practices and quality awareness within the team and wider organization

• Experience in frontend and backend validation and mobile application
• Test automation
• Ideally experienced in the following tools:
